- Therapeutic education sessions dedicated to drugs used in transplantation with a particular emphasis on immunosuppressive drugs, in collaboration with transplantation multidisciplinary teams (elaboration, animation, evaluation)
- Tools (including PROs) dedicated to the exploration of transplant patients’ perception of their transplantation and treatment, and to the individualized management of transplant patients
- Determinants of quality of life and adherence over time in transplant recipients, and their relationships with patients outcomes
