Thématiques de recherche

Mes différents projets de recherche s’articulent autour de la plasticité neuromusculaire et de l’intégration sensorielle, notamment en lien avec le vieillissement. Ces deux axes principaux se déclinent par des approches complémentaires au travers de la biomécanique, de la neurophysiologie et du contrôle moteur.

• Etude de l’impact d’un programme d’activités physiques adaptées et de suivi nutritionnel chez des personnes âgées fragiles
• Etude de la plasticité neuromusculaire du contrôle de l’activité musculaire en lien avec le vieillissement et l’équilibre postural
• Etude de l’intégration sensorielle lors du contrôle postural et de l’apprentissage moteur chez les jeunes et les personnes âgées
• Etude de l’excitabilité cortico-spinale en condition de douleur, de fatigue électro-induite ou en tâche d’attention soutenue
• Etude de l’impact d’un programme d’entrainement par électrostimulation chez des footballeurs
