 The main theme of my research is the asymptotic and formal computation of solutions of differential and difference equations. This  theme  encompasses the study of systems of differential or difference equations, linear or non linear, with a focus on the quest of efficient  algorithms and their implementation in a computer algebra system. My research activities in this domain involve the following axes, each of  which is the object of collaborations with international partners:

    • The study of systems of linear differential or difference equation.
    • Algorithmic problems connected with differential and difference equations, in particular study of singularities, computation of formal solutions, analytic solutions, exact solutions in closed form,  factorization, etc. 
    • Relationship between  formal factorial series solutions of difference equations and actual solutions of such equations
      (Gevrey estimates, asymptotics,  Summation, etc.)
    • Differential equations depending on parameters and singular perturbations.
    • Linear partial differential equations.
    • Pseudo-linear Equations.
    • Computer Algebra.
