Présentation du dossier

Les 26 et 27 janvier 2024 s’est tenu à Limoges, à la faculté de droit et à la cour d’appel, un colloque consacré aux procès de terrorisme (Les procès de terrorisme. Regards croisés). Cette manifestation était organisée dans le cadre d’un programme de recherche sur Les procès des attentats de 2015-2016 en France. Analyse ethnocomparative et mémorielle. Ce programme de recherche a été réalisé avec le soutien de l’Institut des Études et de la Recherche sur le Droit et la Justice (IERDJ), par un consortium de recherche constitué de l’IiRCO (université de Limoges), du CUREJ (université de Rouen), des Archives nationales et l’Association française pour l’histoire de la Justice.

Pour ce premier numéro, certains intervenants ont bien voulu accepter de développer leurs interventions sous forme d’articles ou d’entretiens, qui constituent la matière de ce dossier.

On January 26 and 27, 2024, a conference devoted to terrorism trials held in Limoges, at the Faculty of Law and the Court of Appeal (Terrorism trials. Cross-views). This event was organized as part of a research program on the trials of the 2015-2016 attacks in France. Ethnocomparative and memory analysis. For this first issue, some speakers were kind enough to agree to develop their interventions in the form of articles or interviews, which constitute the subject of this file.
