RaDMaX
RaDMaX is a graphical program we developed to determine the strain and damage profiles in ion-irradiated materials from the simulation of X-ray diffraction data recorded in symmetric thêta-2thêta geometry. This program distributed freely under the free-software CeCILL license (a french lincense similar to the General Public License).
RaDMaX uses the Takagi - Taupin equations to compute the scattering from distorted crystals. B-spline functions are used to model the strain and damage profiles. Full details are given in the following publications:
- M. Souilah, A. Boulle, A. Debelle, “RaDMaX: a graphical program for the determination of strain and damage profiles in irradiated crystals”, J. Appl Cryst. 49, 311 (2016)
